“affordable but in need of touch ups”

very central location close to las americas . los cristianos etc. right across siam park, we literally walked there. the bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. also nice balcony overlooking at the sea

To be improved

on our second night the water boiler started losing water and we had to wake up and mop everything and use kitchen pots to collect the leaking water . we told the reception in the morning and they changed our room to a different one in no time. while the staff handled it very professionally the issue is that some maintenance/ renovation is much needed at the kitchenette of the rooms.

“A good cheap getaway”

It was clean and in a quiet location with easy reach off shops and restaurants and bars.

The pool needs some matenance alot of tiles missing of bottom of pool.

“Very good position and worthy for the money!”

Very good position,near by the beach and more important near by the main bus station !Quiet place and relaxing as well!In general is very good and worthy for the money!The garden is very relaxing and clean as well!I noticed some stupid people which after smoking the cigarettes will through in the garden ,is wrong that because I enjoy to stay in the balcony in the evening and some people don’t respect and appreciate the nature and the people which is looking after that !

To be improved

The only thing was the bin for 8 days wasn’t empty,we get bags for filling but nobody empty it!That was the only issue!

“Studio in Tenerife”

The best

This apartment studio was very comfortable. We were happy. I had a balcony and a couch in the apartment. The kitchen was a good size as well.

The location was amazing, the room was pretty clean, and the pool was enough for me.

No hairdryer, no wifi, little lake in the bathroom ( because the bathroom drain doesnt work well )
