“Good apartment but needs improvement with check in process”
The best

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Check in was not smooth. The message said the keys to the outer entrance can be retrieved from the padlock once you open it with code number. But he padlock did not have the key. So we had to message back and forth through booking . Com to enter the building

Location was superb, spotless apartment, great facilities including all necessary items, with extra little conveniences, i.e.paper towels, frangrance diffuseres in the rooms.

To be improved

Missing a kettle for boiling water for making tea & missing clothes rack or instructions where to let your clothes dry after use washing machine.

“Nice space but ...could be a challenge”
The best

Beautiful space. Beautiful view of the monastery. Close to some sites/sights. El Greco house, Maria Blanca (former synagogue), Santo Tome' (Count of Ortiz by El Greco) and of course, The San Juan Monastery. Some good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Museo del prodottos del castellanos /la mancha.

To be improved

Location was a bit out of the way to the city center...but really not bad (the inclines are what get you!). Toledo is smallish. But due to being in an apartment -access to returning to train station can be challenging. We had no problem getting here from train station....but the return (on a Sunday) was more challenging. Wish there had been an extra blanket available at the apartment.

“Great stay, great apartment, helpful host”
The best

We arrived a bit later than expected, but the host arranged a late check-in anyway. Everything was good with the apartment. If I visit Toledo again, I would definitely like to stay here.

To be improved

The apartment's interior is visible from the street, so depending on the guest's expectations, there might be a little privacy problem. For us, however, it was worth it anyway.
