Apartment is quite run down and grubby, it needs a deep clean and fresh paint. Towels were stained and not usable, shower floods the bathroom. Couch is stained!

There were only two towells for a family of 4 and a surcharge for use of more. The two beds on the raised platform were unusable due to the heat and only one working fan was supplied. The hot weathear meant sleeping without aircon difficult but aircon made loud intermittent buzz. We contacted the manager about fan and aircon and we were basically ignored.

“Gorgeous!”

We loved this apartment for the two of us. Perfect location close to beach and town. It was very hot when we visited and the AC in the apartment kept us cool. It was lovely to have the terrace with great views over the beach and town in the evening. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night.

“Perfect location! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants! · Cons: Early check in requested, but not offered. Poor communication from host, I had no WiFi so struggled to make contact. Wasn't happy to leave our bags in a public hallway where the rest of the guests had acces. Had to chase the host after 3pm to see if we could check in and gain the access codes. Sofa bed not made up ready for my daughter. Had to chase the host to arrange this. Apartment looked tired in places. There is an ant problem! Told the housekeepers but they didn't seem interested. Ants everywhere, had to keep sweeping them away.”

“Great location”

The best

Perfect location, close to the beach, castle, restaurants and bars. Mini market close by Tastefully furnished and equipped, great air con. We were there during St Juan festival and firework shows. It was super noisy and parties going on until 4am. Not a problem for us as we just joined in, but if your after peace, check dates.

To be improved

Storage could be a bit better. If you are coming as a family you would stuggle. No where to put luggage. Although it didn't cause us a problem, there was only 1 teaspoon and a teatowel would have been useful for drying crockery Some local information, taxis, recommendations would be helpful. On arrival, we carried heavy luggage up 2 floors, we didnt realise there was a lift, signage would be good.
