It is so wet, there are stains of humidity everywhere and you can smell it. The access to the room passes through a very narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for anyone with physical problems or old people. The warm water in the shower stopped working at the end of the second shower (we were 3, tha last one could not have a shower).

If you can, avoid this property at all costs. This was absolutely my worst experience on Booking.com. My family and I were in Madrid for one night making a travel connection, and we needed proximity to the Chamartin station. The apartment was extremely dirty. There was some garbage underneath the cabinet in the bathroom, probably left from previous tenants. The top of the fridge was covered in dust, and the kitchen lacks basic tools (microwave safe cups, for instance). Alos, if you are traveling with small kids, the stairs are a potential hazard, so I would not recommend it for a long stay. Staff was extremely unfriendly and, at times, even rude. I forgot a pair of reading glasses inside the apartment because of the morning rush to the airport I have a friend in Madrid, so I attempted to arrange a pick-up, but the contact person only offered to pass by the apartment the same day between 11 and noon (impossible for either me or my friend as I was traveling and my friend was at work).

It was cold, it was not enough clean, bed was moveble and fast broken!

The floor was really dirty , shower too. The couch had knife slashes in it that were taped up. No kettle. They sent a link to fill out before they would send the instructions to get into then place but only via the booking.com app so I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get into the place for 30 minutes upon arrival. The woman who answered the phone of the contact on the booking didn’t speak English.
