“Location and facilities are great · Cons: There is no soundproofing whatsoever- you can hear everything in in the neighbouring apartments and above... I was on the ground floor and every time someone in another apartment flushed the toilet or had a shower, it sounded like niagra falls rushing through the walls. Woke me up every day! Shame as it is great otherwise”

Good accomadation ,big, comfortable, with washing machine,dishwasher,and fridge freezer, lots of room and comfy beds.A modern property with lovely views and quiet location .

To be improved

Should tell people number of stairs to get to apartments. Bit dark outside ,needed a torch. No kettle. Broken cork screw. Bit lethal. Also useless tin opener. Needed instructions for heating as it was December and cold. Would have been nice to have few toiletries. Be aware no smoke alarm in kitchen.

“Pretty far from town, accessible beach not great. Accommodations are fine.”

Three bedrooms, 2 baths allows space for a family.

To be improved

A good distance from the town. The beach access is fine, but the beach here is all rocks and not a good swim beach. Also, on Sunday, had to make sure we got there within a specific hour, which made travel a bit stressful. The bed in the larger room is pretty small for two adults. I ended up sleeping in one of the extra twins in the other room.

“Clean and comfortable apartment with everything included for a great stay near to Denia. Three bedrooms with comfy beds, two bathrooms, good size and well equipped kitchen, balcony with sea views (if you lean out a bit), and a little swimming pool too. · Cons: The sofa was really uncomfortable, just a pull out IKEA sofa bed thing. Otherwise nothing to complain about. No shops withing walking distance, so make sure you have a car”

Clean and comfortable apartment with everything included for a great stay near to Denia. Three bedrooms with comfy beds, two bathrooms, good size and well equipped kitchen, balcony with sea views (if you lean out a bit), and a little swimming pool too.
