Apartamentos Bretón 17 Double Deluxe

The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom grubby, could do with a deep clean. Minimum towels provided, no floor towel for coming out of the shower, bare minimum of kitchen glass, plates etc, very basic kitchen equipment, no tea towels etc. Was advertised as a double deluxe but single beds and bedding very poor quality, definitely not deluxe.

We booked this apartment for the two sleeping areas but we couldn’t use the sofa bed as it had 6 broken slats. The toilet seat and towel rail was also broken. The table and chest of drawer legs were also very loose. We were only supplied with 2 bath towels. A hand towel a kitchen towel and towels to use at the pool would have been nice to have. Pool area was small and only gets 2 hours of sun a day. After using our towels we had to keep taking them up to the roof terrace to dry. I did message the owners for towels to use at the pool but got no reply. The apartment needs a lot of repairs and extra towels provided.

Unfortunately swimimg pool and terrace been pernamently closed with the opening hours when it should be open, so we coudn't use for our relax. This option was one of the reason we chosen that apartament. I'm very disappointed!
