Location the apartment was clean and spacious

To be improved

3 families we had 3 apartments. Very high stairs no elevator no help with bags we stayed ,27 nights no change of towels or bed linen no balcony to dry clothes problems with air conditioning one family had to move 3 times staff very apologetic but no compensation offered no pool bar lots of locals using pool

The Irish lady at reception was very nice and super helpful, she gave us advice on where to go and what we should do! She went above and beyond for us !
