My one night stay cost 250 fist they are taking 250 out your accaound and why you arrive you are refunding that and charging you again so in one go they take of 500 and takes time to get that refunde back in your account something dodge is going arround wich i dont like it, its not deposit i am talking about

Receptionist was rude, not interested in our complaint. The room was damp. Smelt of vomit and had unsafe electrics. They should not be able to rent this room

Our room wasn’t cleaned once during our week stay. We had no toilet paper and were unable to find anyone at the front desk to get some as it was often left unattended. We had to empty our own bins and walk ten minutes down the road with bin bags as there was no cleaning services. We were told to be quiet from 23:30 onwards yet we were told we would be kicked out multiple times for making noise even though it was not yet 23:30. On arrival there was no one at the front desk and we were left standing outside in the dark at midnight for almost fifteen minutes. We had booked a transfer through the accommodation to collect us from the airport yet when we landed and called the front desk to ask where the shuttle would be they told us there was no shuttle available, we had to take a taxi and then was still charged for the shuttle and when we complained to the front desk they said it had nothing to do with them even though we rang them and asked what to do and were told to take a taxi. We confirmed with the front desk that a car would take us to the airport for €85 yet a taxi had to bring us and charged us over €100.

The apartment bathrooms were in bad condition shower curtain and old cracked mirrors Also when checking behind furniture after dropping phone extremely dirty. Also no furniture on balconies is frustrating being on vacation it would be nice to be able To sit and enjoy the views Also a lot of young locals maybe 10 in one apartment using as a party block.

Apartment was good money only issue I had was out of two showers one was disgusting and nobody used it and the other was okay but didn't drain so you could have a shower for 1 minute before it flooded other than the showers was all good really
