Property was not as advertised. No coffee maker, no air conditioning. No convenient power points by the bed, those that were there were blocked by the bed legs. I requested singled beds, but got room with two bunk beds. Light switch is in the middle of the room. There are no side lights. Need a torch to find the bed, after turning off light. Cannot use phone, as not possible to charge next to the beds! The bathroom door lock was broken, door could not be opened. I had to call for help, which wasted over 45 minutes. When we could get in, the bathroom stank. I could not take shower, as the smell. In general the room is in poor condition, most crockery missing. Floor in poor state of repair. Ants running around. Check-in very inconvenient, as an automated machine in a different location. Machine did not work, so needed to wait for staff to arrive to get room keys. This wasted a lot of my time, when I just wanted to get into the room and sleep. Staff helpful, but the situation is out of their hands.

We paid for a room with two beds, We made it clear that we didn't want bunk beds. We were assigned a room with bunk beds without the possibility of complaining. Clearly we were deceived. We don't recommend it.
