The smell of artificial air fresheners makes you wonder what they are covering up and some of the plates and bowls were not the cleanest in the cupboard. There are limited cooking facilities (no oven, toaster did not work unless we held it down) but kitchen had enough cutlery and crockery etc.

The shower is very small, and when the neighboring processing facility is in operation, the entire area has a strong smell of cow manure. Additionally, you have to leave a deposit with a third party, which means your credit card information is at risk. I received a threatening email instructing me to take out the garbage before I leave, wash the dishes, and return them to their original positions. I hope I can remember where everything goes since the message arrived after I used the utensils. The quality of the cleaned utensils maybe comprises since it it is the guest responsibilities, I paid a cleaning fee through Booking.com. The email also mentioned that I may lose my deposit if I did not comply with these demands. We will see how that goes and I will update accordingly. No AC

The only problem we had was with online check in, to enable us to get the code for the Keysafe we were told to follow a link from Booking.com that had been removed. It was quite stressful to get it sorted as we were also told that until on line registration was complete we would not be able to access the property. The extensive rules and information in the apartment were only in Spanish. Translation into other languages would be most welcome and useful. The only translation was on the door telling us what to do in an emergency. No information regarding recycling etc. Paper thin walls. However we were lucky as we only had someone in the adjacent apartment for 1 day!

Check in time should be a bit earlier and/or check out time should be a bit later!

The hot water in both the shower and kitchen was very hot, so needed to be controlled carefully to prevent a scald .

Lack of toiletries and kitchen ware or essentials like salts , oil for a more serious cooking. However it was not a problem as the supermarket is not that far away.
