The flat is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped – definitely a positive in terms of comfort and amenities.

To be improved

the noise levels were extremely disappointing. There is virtually no sound insulation, and every noise from the neighbouring flats – especially the one above – sounds amplified, as if the ceiling might come down. It’s nearly impossible to sleep before midnight or past 7am, particularly with children in the surrounding units adding to the noise. To make matters worse, there were loud parties in the adjacent property on two separate nights, with shouting and loud conversations that carried on for hours.

“Great for small family”

The best

Quiet resort ideal for a small family. The property is a short walk to 2 different beaches, the main Cala Murada beach where the water is calm, and a cove on the Calles de Mallorca side, which is busier but where you can have fun in the waves. Also a short walk from a little supermarket, which wasn't always the cheapest but you couldn't fault it for essentials and extras for the pool or beach. Pool was perfect size for us especially with a child still gaining confidence with different swimming strokes. Pool and surrounding area kept clean. The studio itself was a good size. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a good size too. Staff at the linked hotel were great when we needed a needle to help to remove a splinter. We would go back... please don't all book it out so we can't come back!!

To be improved

We loved our stay but in the interests of informing other travellers, there were a couple of niggles...e.g. just 50cm extra of counter space for the kitchen area would have made life easier to cut fruit/bread etc, as the existing counter space is very limited. Also it was not easy to get 3 chairs around the table on the balcony so we could eat breakfast together - to rectify this would mean armless chairs which might be less comfortable for some. I guess it depends on intended use. They probably need to invest in new bases for the pool umbrellas 😄.

“Restorative sleep and beach vibes”

The best

Excellent hotel! Very well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable memory foam so we slept great. The water pressure was great. The staff was friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There was plenty of free parking. The pool was very clean and nice. Surroundings were peaceful. Would absolutely return here!

To be improved

The WiFi requires sign in to a captive portal and disconnects frequently. Speed was also very slow. Better internet is needed!

“Cons: Weak WiFi signal, WiFi constantly requesting credencial logo on. No new towels in 5 days, it s necessary an adicional fee of 15€. Employees starts outside cleaning at 9 a.m however i m on holidays and i don t appreciate the noise. Location is not also good”

“Great relaxing with a few bars and restaurants near.”

The best

Absolutely fab. Only downside was that the local authorities decide to coppice the trees outside the grounds which took a couple of days. Nothing to do with the accommodation.
