“Excellent accommodation especially if travelling in a group”

The best

Check in was very easy and the host was very helpful. The apartment was clean and as shown in pictures. There was plenty of on street parking near by. Clear instructions were sent on how to access the property and where to park. Simply had to WhatsApp the host and we were sent everything we needed to know. The apartment had everything we needed and more would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Santander. It was great value for money.

“Great condition , good facilities and clean.”

The best

Messaged the host on whatsapp, she gave clear directions of the property, where to park and how to collect the keys from the box. The kitchen was a good quality including a microwave and oven. However no kettle but you can boil water on the electric hob. Parking is a 2minute walk away however rarely it gets full. Heating is good throughout the property.

There was no kettle.

“A good stay”

The best

breakfast was just some packaged cake. No milk for coffee. That was only disappointing thing

To be improved

the windows in kitchen opened onto the sidewalk and the road. So if you opened them it was very noisy with cars whooshing past. It would be good if hosts could put instructions in English on how to operate coffee machine and washing machines as they all vary and it takes time to google every different coffee machine in Europe!
