Customer service is a WhatsApp giving you Instructions for payment that is not totally done in booking. You need to go to a website for checking, payment, and a deposit of 150€. When I called to inform about the state of beds they only said, ok, if you want to arrive early 3 p.m you pay however if you leave late 10.30 a.m you pay.

We had to travel an extra 20 km to get the keys and had to wait around until the reception opened. We had already driven through France so it was not ideal. There was no Wifi.

We were unable to stay because the owner or his representative did not meet us to give us the keys. We arrived at the village where the property is located . We telephoned the owner/representative. He would not tell us where the flat was. He would not come to meet us. He asked for our passport details, which we gave him. However, he still would not come or give us the address. We were obliged to take a taxi to the nearest town and book into a hotel there. I cannot express fully my disgust at this disgraceful treatment, which caused my wife, son and myself much distress. We had arrived in the afternoon at the village. It was completely deserted. I suspect the owner was not even there. We were very fortunate in being able to ring for a taxi to take us to the nearest town, some miles away. It was getting very cold, and had we not got the taxi we would have suffered from serious exposure.
