Location right on the beach. 20 minutes walk from the Old Town of Denia. Had good facilities for self catering holiday. Bath towels were provided. Pool was lovely and clean. Communication from the rental company was very good.

To be improved

Location of our apartment overlooked the petrol station next door. Some paint work could do with refreshing. Underground carpark space was far too tight for the car we had so we were unable to use.

The location and the house.

The cleaning the floor was dirty. My 11 month old nephew was crawling and after 5 mnts he was all dirty and also that there was only one dishwasher table, the end of the bottle of the firy dishwasher. They were so pushing with the cleanness by the end of our booking but we didn’t receive the place as cleaning as they request us.

The location is excellent — just 5–10 minutes’ walk from the center and only 2 minutes from the sea. The shared pool is a nice feature. However, the apartment itself could benefit from some refreshing.

There’s a noticeable musty, stagnant water smell in the apartment.

Location great for Dénia and local amenities, private parking, pet friendly, good sized terrace

To be improved

Expected a sea view, terrace unsecure, no kitchen cupboatd space, no hair dryer, limited kitchen workspace, long pillows on bed, we as a couple have different needs, need our own.pillow and no quilt cover on quilt, did not use
