There was not laundry detergent to be able to use the washing machine. No kitchen towels ( paper or cloth) to dry your hands or utensils.

“Amazing accommodation!”

This was my 5th time in Flatsforyou in Carmen in a span of 4 years and I can say that this is definitely one of the best, if not the best, accommodation in Valencia! This time I was with a group of friends and they were all very, very, very satisfied as well. Size of the apartments is amazing! Equipment is good! Location is great; especially considering public transportation, that it is in the old town, and that is not in a busy or loud street(s). Cleanliness is excellent. And communication with the staff is perfect! All of the staff are kind, pleasant, considerate and very helpful! I really don't have anything bad to say. Since I was there 5 times, sometimes in the past some guests were loud for a short period of time when they were coming back in the apartments during night out, or some individuals were loud passing on the street. But, that's really nothing what the staff can influence much and that's really not their fault. Parties in the apartments are forbidden and guests were obeying the rules every time I was staying there. And since the apartment building is in a secluded, small and quiet street, it's acctually much more silent than in other places I've been staying in Valencia (I frequently come here since it's one of the best cities in the world). Traffic is also very rare in this street (delivery and a rare taxi) and main road is far enough so you don't hear any noise, but also close enough to be close to a bus station of 3 city bus lines. Underground part of metro is accessible within 10-15 minutes by bus or by 15-20 minutes of walk. Tram (on curb part of metro) nr. 4 (that goes directly to the beach) is nearby (less than 10 minutes of walk). Turia park is very close by and you have a lot of bicycle paths outside and inside the park. And all old city (Ciutat Vella) attractions are accessible within 5-20 minutes of walk.

“Great location and customer service”

Location, customer service, amenities were great. Everything was clean. The possibility to use lockers was also a big plus.

What I didn't like was that the apartment was a little dark in terms of natural light. Also, the aroma diffuser was quite strong. Some of the other people staying there were a bit noisy during quiet hours.
