“Good location but not spic and span”

The best

In the old quarter - easy to get around to the Cathedral and other sites. The bed was big and vvery comfortable but it was on a slope (uneven floor)

To be improved

There was black dust falling from the ceiling (very visible in the bathroom. The floors were also not clean - visible dirt and the sheets had dirt and hair on them. Luckily, there was a spare set of sheets in the room so I could change them myself.

“Center of Leon, excelent location near the bars.”

The best

Location was great. Some trouble getting to the apartment because it was saturday night and it is in a busy bars area. Apartment was cosy and, despite being on a busy street, wasn't noisy (We got the rear facing apartment).

To be improved

Had some trouble with the building door (called the maintenance late at night and answer was quick) Think that the door should be fixed to prevent locking in guests and for security. Also some sewer smell (one bathroom looked clogged) but since we were just for 1 night that might be just some temporary problem.

Lackluster. Half finished. Missing basic amenities like cushions, trash can, some kind of scent to hide the smell from the drain...
