“Comfortable city apartment”

The apartment served us very well for a 4 night stay, the location is fantastic just around the corner from the "Weyler" tram stop. The location is in a quiet spot but very well located for the city. A well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, powerful shower, washing machine and a smart TV.

To be improved

I did not dislike anything, there were a few niggles that I pointed out to the owner... A piece of skirting board was loose, washing machine had a leak etc. I'm sure as I pointed out these issues Alejandro has sorted them quite quickly. The apartment could do with a spruce up... a lick of paint etc would make all the difference. This said, I'll definitely re book for another few night's in the fantastic city of Santa Cruz.

“Nice, new, comfortable”

The accommodation is spacious and has almost everything you need. The owner allowed us to enter earlier, which meant a lot to us. Location is fantastic, big parking lot is about 500-600m down the street.

To be improved

It is quite warm during the night and it is necessary to open the window, or to sleep with a noisy portable air conditioner, which also needs an outlet through the window.

The apartment is newly renovated. The beds are comfortable, great pillows, cleanliness, equipped kitchen. The host communicates well. Quiet surroundings, no noise, but close to the center. We'll be back!

The best

The location was absolutely perfect. I had to go to Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria hospital every day and it was a breeze. The flat itself was clean and comfortable.

To be improved

It was a bit expensive for my comfort, but I understand it was because of the wonderful location and the Easter holidays. The couch was very uncomfortable and the TV was a bit too far from the couch. Also, the lack of a lift for the last flight of stair steps should be advertised, my knees are not great and got a bit sore after the stay. The mattresses could have been a little better but for a few days we were okay with them.
