“Great accommodation, annoying management”
The best

The apartment was clean and well located. The furniture was modern. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious. There's a small fridge with a freezer. The check-in on site was smooth.

To be improved

The online check in process was tedious. The website they use works poorly, I tried to pay multiple times for a pet using Google pay and it wouldn't work. I paid by card and some time later I received a call from support that it hadn't gone through, although I had already been charged on my account. Having to pay a deposit of 150€ after you've already paid 100€ for a night it's unpleasant. Check-in at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00 is ridiculous. You have to read a book of rules to make sure no money is taken from your deposit. The support was too chatty for my taste, asking me to report when I arrived to the accommodation and to report when I left.

The best

Central lovely and light good size well equipped

To be improved

The large bed was two singles pushed together but made up as singles - awkward . There is no kettle. The parking is just a piece of wasteland but there are gates to close it off at night
