“Excellent”

The best

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in El Puerto de Santa María! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was welcoming and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay again!

“Beds not made on arrival, bedsheets and towels with stains”

Unfortunately, the extra beds were not prepared for the expected number of guests and we had to make the bed ourselves. The towels and bedsheets weren’t very clean and there were many things broken.

One of the beds was not confortable at all, but after letting staff know, it was taking care of. Disposing of trash was not not conviniant, the trash dumpster was not near. One thing that was annoying, although save feature, is the 3 doors with, not easy keys to open the two exterior doors and the 3rd door to the apartment. In all, what we liked the best was The location. Tried the breakfast /lunch cafe across the street, it was very nice. Overall probably will stay again. A larger tv would be nice.

Three doors to open. Maybe if keys were marked to what door it opens, could make it easier. Trash situation.

“Great location and it was excellent value for money. The apartment was a good size and suited us as a couple. Comfortable sofa, great washing machine but had to ask for a drying rack for the clothes to dry. I think even with some of the issues the apartment has it is a lovely apartment in a great location and very well priced. Free parking lot a 5-minute walk. · Cons: We stayed for 1 week and only had 1 rubbish bag, no dishwashing liquid and there was no hot water in the kitchen to clean dishes. For 1 week's stay would have been nice to have 1 extra hand towel and bath mat. The kitchen needs a sharp cooking knife and a chopping board.”
