Apartamentos Casablanca

We had a car for the week which was great as its very hilly in North and they had a private carpark for which you paid a daily fee. Apartment was accessible by lifts important for those loke us, getting on in life! No air-conditioning and it had been rather chilly but they provided a heater on request. Nice pool and catering facilities with evening entertainment in restaurant area .

Great location, can not pick any fault from this hotel, the staff were lovely and welcoming, lots of nice walks to go on around, I would very very highly recommend this place, very quiet area with lots to do

Location great. Tip: Down the stairs up the hill....or taxis if your are rich. Staff cant help enough, just ask. Prices are so reasonable at the hotel bar. Cheaper than town, but the town is amazing. This place is a base for what you want from your holiday, and fits anything. Hotel stay peeps, Town peeps, cook in peeps, spenders, savers...... it is a good base for what you want to do. Pool, sound. Facilities great. Cant fault this place. Do Canary Islands every winter. This place is top notch.

just returned from a week staying in Casablanca apartments. I would highly recommend staying here for any duration. Apartments are spotless cleaned almost daily with regular changing of sheets/towels. Kitchen has all appliances you could want and beds are quite comfortable. The restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price and the bar/restaurant has the best staff we have ever experienced. The pool area is clean and has a area for children. Noise level for the most part of the complex has little or none. The location, whilst its based on a hill has steps to keep you off the road which is one way system. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafe, bars within a short walking distance at the end of the hill. Taxi's cost about €6 euro from the apartments to the centre/bus station/marina. Supermarket Dino is 5 mins walk and a small adequate shop beside the apartments with usual basics.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroomed apartment although on a few evenings and early mornings it was cool. Could have done with a small heater ; have been to this resort in January several times before and it’s the coolest weather we have ever had - can’t do anything about the weather though! Very helpful and pleasant reception staff with information on buses, ordering taxis etc. nice waiting staff in the restaurant. Fairly basic menu. Very clean. We had a problem with our safe and the maintenance people came straight away. Would recommend and stay again.

We have stayed in many holiday establishments across Europe. But I have never stayed anywhere where everyone employed makes you feel you are more than simply a paying customer; you are THEIR guest. The Casablanca, its grounds, bar, restaurant, etc were immaculately clean and well maintained. Food was excellent and prices competitive. But to me, this is secondary to the welcoming, smiling and accommodating staff; from cleaners, reception, restaurant and maintenance staff. They’re a credit to hotel. We will certainly return. Well done to all!
