“Lovely place!”

The best

Lovely property, perfect location off the main town area and a 5 minute walk to the beach. My room had a kitchenette which was great and a balcony I could watch the sunset from. The restaurant had nice options, a good breakfast buffet, great drinks, and nice servers. They did forget to charge my card a few times and I found myself being chased down to pay for things I thought I had already paid for but other than that all of the service was great.

To be improved

The WiFi in my room didn’t work which was unfortunate but I spent most of my time at the beach or in town so it wasn’t too much of a concern.

“Not what it used to be”

The best

No tea or coffee in the room. Empty mini bar. Breakfast used to be amazing (have been several times before) and now limited choice, juice from cartons not fresh, poor presentation and no artisanal products. Steep prices for summer but the seems others do not expect higher standards despite increasingly off the chart prices. Studios are nice and cozy, that remains good. Strange design to have a socket right in the middle of the headboard. Considered dangerous in other countries. Towels and bathrobes are small and I am not big. Again maybe none of this would matter if it was a 2 star hotel.

“Nice studios. Gone downhill. Overpriced.”

The best

Location very practical in the heart of Es Pujols. Breakfast poor quality and lack of choice. Gone massively downhill post covid. Studios comfortable but no tea or coffee in the room.

To be improved

Breakfast poor quality used to be amazing a few years ago. Nothing edible if you desire quality, choice or artisanal products. Even the juices were cheap supermarket from a carton not fresh.

The location was excellent — central and convenient. The apartment was very clean and matched the photos perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, the property offered great service and a relaxing atmosphere.

“Fantastic stay!”

The best

I had an amazing 5 night stay and was very well looked after by the staff. The property is perfectly located just on the eve of Es Pujols and therefore super quiet whilst being incredibly close to all bars, restaurants etc. Special thanks to Yolanda who was super responsive on emails before I arrived and even managed to upgrade me to a beautiful 1-bed apartment (303) when I booked a studio. This was a very welcome surprise and meant I didn’t just have a larger room but also access to their beautiful roof terrace right outside my room.

To be improved

There’s honestly nothing bad to report. My air con in the main room stopped working but was fixed within an hour which just shows how much they care.
