The best

I liked the position, it is very close to the beach, to a big bus station. The reception ia 24h, they clean the rooms every day.

To be improved

The balcony is not sound proof and it is very noisy

“I don not recommend this place”

The best

This place as cheap as cheap can get. Awful mattresses, smelly towels and unhelpful stuff that doesn't speak English.

To be improved

The ONLY good thing is the location. 5 min to beach. However, parking is a nightmare.

“Staff was friendly. It was clean. · Cons: Internet service was slow or failed, had to use my mobile data. No microwave and no kettle. Lack of private parking. Optional parking provided was so far away, needed almost 15 minutes or more walking to even get to it. Ended up having to book parking for a few days close by through parkinter online. Kitchen tap leaking. Tiny kitchen was not a problem, no equipment. Had two windows, one was stuck and did not open. Electric plug far from the bed and only had one, so TV remained always off. Bathroom tap, shower worked, but would also leak when shower was used. Maintenance is not up to standard.”

“Unbeatable location if sleeping is not important”

The best

It is located at less than 10 min walk from Santa Catalina bus station and the beach. That's the highlight of the place. I went there during carnival and the insulation of the place was so terrible that I could not sleep until late morning when music of the bars and the concerts stopped and the people shouting on the street went back home. The bathroom was dusty and poorly maintained with broker tiles and a rusty bath tub. The kitchen wasn't any better and didn't have a microwave even. Linen had ink stains but beds and pillows were comfortable. The receptionist had not information about any of the carnival activities and could not even provide a website address where to look them up. He wasn't very interested in helping anyway. In a nutshell, extremely basic and poorly maintained block of apartment in a great but extremely noisy location.
