Location and cleanliness. Their customer service is awesome. They were very prompt in responding and very accommodating. Their cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly.

To be improved

The bed on the second booking when returned to Madrid was not comfortable as the first apartment I got. The bathroom for the second apartment we got was more for handicap people but it’s fine since it does what we need to have a shower.

When we arrived our room had been changed and so our code didn't work. Luckily, Blessing was on hand to help us out.

To be improved

A kettle (I don't use coffee pods). A notice to say that the air con won't work if a window is open.
