“Good apartment but no 24h staff present”

The apartment itself is great, all new and very close to the centre.

To be improved

There is no a 24h service and during the night the reception is empty. An important issue happened during the night and the hotel staff took too long to come over to solve it as there’s no one there during the night time.

“Lovely apartment and as we were on a motorbike trip around northern spain they had an underground car park which was accessed by a lift where they let us park the bikes for 10euros per night for both bikes as we got 2 in one space! Great location as we were able to walk a short distance to the old town and experience the bars and restaurants in the old town! · Cons: Nothing.”

Lovely apartment and as we were on a motorbike trip around northern spain they had an underground car park which was accessed by a lift where they let us park the bikes for 10euros per night for both bikes as we got 2 in one space! Great location as we were able to walk a short distance to the old town and experience the bars and restaurants in the old town!

Very poor quality, this apartment hasn’t been looked after or renovated for years. It had destroyed kitchen furniture, pealing off paint in the bathroom and kitchen, dirty walls, dirty freezer, minimum utensils, only one wine glass, no small spoons, no pot covers, no kitchen towel, old scratched glasses. Cigarette burns on the kitchen table and on the couch. Apartment was very noisy, you can hear every step the neighbour upstairs do, every time they flush a toilet and screeching noises every time they move a chair. Plus noise from the street. Absolutely terrible.
