The best

Some one was at reception to collect the keys. Apartment and receptionist / cleaners very helpful. When our ferry was delayed due to bad weather, they dropped what they were doing to extend our stay with no fuss. Also short 10 min walk to town . Plenty of parking including underground .

The best

Location, size, facilities, comfort, friendly staff, parking, tranquility and value. Although the apartment is only 5 minutes walking from the main village centre it feels pleasantly detached from the theme park hubbub that is Santillana Del Mar. It is an excellent base from which to explore nearby attractions, such as the museum at Altamira and Comillas.

The best

Comfortable apartment in good location a short walk into Santillana. Nice to be able to do some laundry. Begonia was friendly and helpful. Excellent bathroom.

To be improved

Kitchen facilities quite basic. No salt and pepper even. Apartment a bit sterile and tired apart from bathroom.
