“Great location for short stay”

The best

Apartment was great had everything we needed for short stay in Oviedo which I would recommend for anyone. Check in via hotel over the road was easy and central parking was useful. The location was great in the heart of bustling Sidra district and a short walk away from the Cathedral and the old town which.is charming.

“Loved Oviedo.”

Central location. Car parking space. Close to all the main tourist attractions. Large fluffy bath towels.

The apartments are located on a very busy street with lots of noise. There was no working air con so we had to have the windows open which didn’t help sleep. In the original apartment we were allocated the washing machine flooded so we were moved to another lower down which in fact we preferred, despite the safe not working and both bedside lamps broken. In fairness the safe was fixed with new batteries but the lights were still broken when we left. Overall the apartment didn’t appear to be that clean so in future a thorough check should be done before new guests arrive including a deep clean.

Easy to find and park. Clean and close to the center. lots of restaurants nearby. Calm

To be improved

The only strange thing is that there is a kind of window (mat white) between the living room and bedroom. If you have someone sleeping (kids) and you want to have light on or just TV, the light will pass to the bedroom.

Great location in the centre of all the activity. 24 hour parking close by as well as at the hotel

To be improved

Linen or towels not provided for the sofa bed despite booking for 4 people. Called reception and they said they would bring some but after waiting for nearly an hour ended up going to the hotel to collect them
