Apartamentos Club Pocillos

Firstly fabulous location opposite the beach , that is where the positive ends . The property is dated & very rundown . Room had a musty smell , curtains & upholstery ripped . Very poor WiFi . The room was grubby , we literally spent as little time in it as possible. It’s not a case of you get what you pay for it was €1088 for 9 days .

We loved it at the end of the day you get what you pay for if you want 5* this is not for you.dean was really helpful and had time to chat when he could.we are going back next year can't wait loved it.

Just home after three weeks at Club Pocillos. What a view we were in room 20, nice large balcony with sun beds, table and chairs. Apartment was clean, beds comfortable and regular cleaning if wanted with change of bedding and towels regularly. All staff we had contact with were helpful and polite. I had requested an upper level and that’s what we had. Near to some nice restaurants and supermarket, kitchen was adequate for breakfast and light snacks, we eat out for main meals. We are not bothered about a pool but did take a look at the one next door which was popular. As with other budget places we have stayed could do with a touch of paint but presume that’s done on a cyclical basis. Bathroom was large with a shower over bath which was ok, always had hot water. Sadly the balcony had no sun after about 1.30 that was our only disappointment. May actually be a bonus in very hot weather, we would return.

Filthy hole with rooms smelling so bad of ingrained smoke you feel sick. Aggressive male on reception and lying female completely uninterested in resolving complaints. So bad we received refund from on the beach after proving the people at the apartments were bare faced liars

Well what a nightmare hotel NEVER GO THERE it might be a budget hotel but omg they do not deserve a 1 star, we arrived late at night to find we had been put on the first floor after informing them I was disabled and required a ground floor, we rung them up where we got no help whatsoever o i ended up having to climb the stairs on my bum as I can't clime stairs, I had to spend 2 nights on the first floor until they moved us to a ground floor room and then had the cheek to charge us €70 for what we asked for in the first place. On leaving we left our belongings in the reception but forgot a very expensive cover for the mobility scooter which we had hired, when we returned to collect our luggage the cover had been stolen and they denied everything, I would definatly recommend avoiding this place it isn't worth the money.

Great location right on the beach front. 15-20-minute walk to the main nightlife or a short taxi ride. There are a few good bars nearby, too. Rooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds. The sea view rooms are really good and the balconies are large. Would 100% stay here again for a budget friendly hotel.
