the location is not bad, keys available in the key box

To be improved

don't know where to start. it was cold, 15 degrees after turning heating on for an hour, the radiators were barely warm and the night was getting colder. there was a smell of cigarettes, as i don't smoke this affected my throat. there was mould on the walls and ceiling the bathroom door was broken and i was unable to close it. i did not stay at the venue, i think it does not meet the minimum standards

Communication from the host was good. I got a message about the keys and location. Location was close to the centre and the place was reasonably quiet.

To be improved

I have used these apartments before but different rooms. That one was ok, this was disappointing. The smell was not nice, smelt like someone smoked in the room and after trying to keep the windows open, it still smelled. Bathroom handrail requires fixing, walls have dirty marks on them. There was no single bulb in the lamps next to the bed. Either though the bed was changed, i found some hair on it. Not a big deal, however this did affect the stay a little.

The best

The place was clean. Some maintenance could be done in the bathroom's ceiling but this was not affecting the stay at all. Communication with the host was good, they sent me directions and key code. I stayed one night only and it was perfect

To be improved

As mentioned before, the ceiling in the bathroom could be repainted but this was not affecting the stay at all. Rest was ok.
