Perfect location - close to the amazing beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Close to the tram stop as well if you want to go into Alicante city. Great apartment for 2 with a balcony that had a surprise side sea view! Comfortable bed, little bathroom and then good space for the living area with the kitchen bit too. There is a massive pool and even though no sun loungers, this is not a problem as there are grassy areas around it to sit or lay on. We were on the 12th floor which was great to be up so high for the views - there are elevators so all good. The lady that greeted us and then also helped answer any questions throughout our stay was really lovely and even gave us a map for the city! She also booked us a taxi back to the airport when we were leaving, which was much appreciated.

Due to miscommunication and a local festival, the owner kindly met us, after 10mins. A gentleman.

To be improved

The beds weren’t comfortable I found. The pull out sofa in the sitting room wasn’t comfortable.

Very good location, close to shops,restaurants and the beach. Have a nice pool .

To be improved

The bathroom is not very spacious, there is almost no space to come out from the shower because next to the shower is the toilet and a bidet. No garbage bags and the sheets were not on the bed . There is no water at the swimming pool toilet sink, nor toilet paper or soap.
