“Fab apartment and great host”

Spacious apartment, very celan and well situated. Yolande was perfect and friendly in terms of explaining everything. It was nice that we were greeted with milk, water, oils and some condiments

To be improved

A personal and regular complaint re a lot of apartments I stay in - please provide better cutlery and crockery.

“A great apartment central to Oviedo and close to the old town.”

The best

A great location close to the old Town and 30 mins walk from the train station. Apartment was on the 4th floor with access by a lift. It was well equipped and the host left items such as milk, tea, coffee, cakes, toiletries which were a lovely surprise. Lots of storage space and plenty of room to relax.

“Exceptional”

The best

Cozy apartment, great location, 10 minutes to the center, supermarkets nearby, good heating, spacious bathroom, quiet neighbors. Wonderful staying experience in wonderful city of Oviedo.

To be improved

If you go from the center to the apartments, you have to go uphill a bit, but I quickly get used to it. It may be a problem for people with health problems. But going downhill to the center is a pleasure

WiFi was very erratic and does not reach the main bedroom. Also the main bedroom mattress is too soft and had a dip in the middle that can make it somewhat uncomfortable.

“Great option for longer stays”

The best

The apartment is ideal for one to two people. Is generally quiet and comfortable with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you may need. The Location is good, walking distance from the old town and the center also a nice park nearby (parque de invierno) if you are interested in running or outdoor exercise. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bus and train stations are a bit further out but if you are not carrying much it is still walkable. The owner is polite and accommodating.

To be improved

As a suggestion, offering a weekly cleaning service for longer stays maybe a good idea.
