“change bed mattress, provide heaters and warm duvets”

Was freezing cold, very damp, no warm duvets, very bad mattresses, impossible to sleep and get warm! we couldn’t sleep all night! Also very nosy outside, there were 50+ young people partying on the streets, very loud until 1-2 am
