Location is perfect. Everything you might need in the apartment. Only issue, we would prefer a 2nd key. Will definitely use the apartment again.

Excellent location. Nice view from balcony. Plenty of towels. Pool area very nice.

To be improved

Shower didn't drain properly and was clogged and filthy. Reported to our contact, nothing happened so we sorted ourselves with drain cleaner and cleaning materials. Bedside lamps didn't work. No spare double bed sheet so couldn't change for 2 weeks. Note enough plates, mugs, knives or wine glasses for four people. Safe not working. Door to apartment not very secure/needs attention. No spare bin bags. No cleaning cloths. Could only get radio on TV. Toaster would be nice and second key would be useful. Not enough sunbeds around pool and people being allowed to reserve them overnight. Would expect a clean/change of linen during a 2 week stay.

“Spacious apartment with good views”

Loved the view from the balcony of the pool, sea and local area. The pool area was a great space for relaxing. So close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The apartment and communal areas were clean and tidy. The host was very responsive to queries.

To be improved

Feel the check out time should be later than 10am. The apartment could do with updating and repair work.

“apartment with sea view”

The apartment is between Las Americas and Costa Adeje, very close to bus station, beach, restaurants, and bars. Sea view is amazing. There is a supermarket directly below the apartments,

To be improved

A few areas need upgraded due to wear and tear, more towels and sheets are needed, the safe does not work so nowhere to keep your valuable safe.

“Brilliantly located flat, unpolished but we had a lovely stay”

The best

Brilliant location, a few mins walks from shops and seafront. Third floor with a lovely balcony view of the pool and ocean (sunset view!) Building in very good condition. Generally had everything we needed like microwave, kettle, washing machine etc. and enough storage for our stuff. Spacious balcony and so easy to nip to the pool! Private parking spot (has to be unlocked each time but an amazing plus). Andrea, who checked us in, was really lovely and helpful when we had questions! Definitely would love to stay again :)

To be improved

Front door is very loose which felt a little bit unsafe given that the bedroom is by the front door and the walls are thin. Pretty much all drawers are broken, including all in the bathroom. No spare bin bags/hand soap/amenities provided, and only a couple of toilet rolls - we were pre-warned of this though so knew to go to the shop which was good! I think if these things were fixed it would be perfect. We would stay again either way.
