“Good location but apartment in horrible state”

Apartment was in horrible state, air con in one room only ( with only option being on or off, unable to change the temperature) ceiling fan had 1 inch of dust on it, socket next to sofa was broken, second room - ceiling fan extremely noisy and only worked with light on, urine stains on mattress, 3rd room light didn’t work, water boiler very small, warm water didn’t last long, no sink had a plug so difficult to rinse your swim wear from sand)

“The location was perfect right beside everything. The noise stopped after a certain time so we were able to sleep which was a bonus for us. The kids were able to Enjoy the pool as it wasn't busy . The beds were extemly comfortable , apartment was very clean and had everything you needed .We Enjoyed our stay so much and plan on coming back next year again :) · Cons: There wasn't anything we disliked”

The location of the apartment complex is excellent. Very central. Basic and clean. AC was effective. Very safe and secure.

To be improved

Asked for kettle and never received it. Towels were only changed upon request. No lift in building. Sun loungers by the pool would be welcomed. Some utensils in kitchen missing.
