Great location and non intrusive host. Excellent air conditioning and fitted kitchen. Great transport links and perfect for travelling to Primavera festival.

Only given one set of keys which made it difficult for those arriving back late.

Spacious and clean. Good AC, good shower.

To be improved

Parking was very difficult. Host originally said we could have early access and then never responded to our messages when we arrived. Had to wait 3 hrs to access. Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities and supplies for a few days.
