The best

The location is very convenient to the train station and the center of the city, and the kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioner, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher were all working well.

To be improved

The couch in the living room wasn't very comfortable (one would sink into the seat cushion a bit) but the upholstered armchair worked well. The immediate surroundings of the building lack atmosphere and you have to walk a couple of blocks to get to eateries and stores, but it's still well-located and feels very safe.

The best

The apartment is new, well equipped, and spacious. The location is good, not too far from the centre of the city, around 18 min by car to fantastic beaches. Private safe underground parking with elevator. Night blinds. Bedrooms' windows are internal so very calm and quiet as well. Staff communication is great before arrival and during the stay, good instructions for self check-in. Air-conditioning is central for the wholeapartment and works perfectly. Good wi-fi. The kitchen is well equipped,but bring your own condiments, oil and kitchen knife, as well as dishwasher tablets (if needed). Cleaning is included in the price so you don't have to worry about it while checking-out.

To be improved

For those who come over to spend time at the beach, it would be great to find in the apartment a laundry drying rack for beach towels. There is no space to dry any towels or clothes (there is no balcony too). The master bedroom bed frame is so noisy that it made sleeping peacefully for two people an impossible task. Otherwise all is perfect. Smart TV would be a plus.

The best

The apartment was very new and neighbors were very quiet. The placement of the flat also was perfect, it's located in the center of the town. I amazed with the staff, the manager Andrea was very kind and helpful. We rented this booking apartment for a month and in our first day I found out there was no washing machine and the teapot in the kitchen. I asked about it and Andrea delivered everything the next day. It was very quick and surprising. I recommend this host, very good choice for the family travelers👍🏻
