“Clean and basic flat in rota. GOOD BUT NOT WOW”

Está Limpio todo y es ok . Pero no vale lo que piden.

To be improved

It’s a bit expensive for what it is. It’s a plain apartment with no WOW FACTOR. I mean 420 euros for three nights in a place that don’t even have sea views but I need to stay there for personal reasons . Next time I would love for a place with more “encanto” “charm” that this one

The location was good when we found it! google maps didn't find the right address for some reason.

Didn't get the access code and had to call up Booking.com Took 2 hours before we could access the property So we basically put the food in the fridge and went out When we got back the key would not open the door. A locksmith was called and there were keys in the lock on the inside of the door. We were accused of putting them there, which we hadn't, and then told that we would have to pay for the locksmith!! So out of the 6 hours after arriving in Rota, 4 hours were spent trying to get into the accommodation Communication was an issue. Suggestion - use one method instead of 3 types - email, WhatsApp and text

“Little treasure in Rota.”
The best

We enjoyed the location and the ease to which we entered the apartment. Everything was supplied. Washing machine, iron & ironing board, air dryer for our clothes to dry on.

To be improved

We didn't find much wrong with it. Building was quiet. We got a good nights sleep our whole stay.
