“Absolutely horrible stay!”

We did not like anything about the property it was absolutely disgusting what they did to us! I am very disappointed with both the host and booking.com I am definitely going to say that I will not be booking again! The care and attention given to us was absolutely disgusting!

To be improved

We are extremely disappointed with our stay. The apartment we were given was not the one we booked — it was absolutely disgusting, with everything broken or in poor condition. On top of that, we received no compensation and the customer service was disgraceful. This experience was completely unacceptable.

Third floor, no elevator. Not mentioned on website. Very small apartment. Not as seen in the pictures. Only one towel per person. Additional towels paid.

Comfy bed, smart TV, great location, new sheets and lovely shower

To be improved

This place is tired. Everything is chipped. Table too big for the tiny apartment. 2 windows don’t open . Fridge STINKS!!!! No frypan and pots, pans and kettle too high to reach.
