To be improved

The light exposition is very nice but, due to the large windows (very nice views) the temperature climate inside the apartment was too high during the day. An air conditioning device and a blackout panel on the windows are then equipments to include. To improve is also the strength of the internet. In the 4th floor the signal was weak. I believe the inclusion of a signal replicator should be sufficient to solve the problem.
