“Nice property with a lot of charm but a few issues”

Excellent and helpful host, great property location, generally comfortable rooms.

To be improved

Since the bedroom area doesn't have an A/C, there should be stand fans available. Also, our room had a hot tub in a grotto but it was not clean. There were cobwebs near the lamp and the bottom of the tub had hairs and dirt.

Staff were pleasant Very good location

To be improved

Wi-Fi only worked intermittently Clearly not set up for more than 2 or 3 night stay, no cleaning equipment or materials supplied, had to ask for clean towels for an 8 day stay. Lights on the stairs didn’t work. We complained and they fixed them but failed again. Kitchen was poorly equipped, i.e. no cork screw, sharp knives or mugs.

Amazing space and comfortable bed. Really good configuration for a short stay. Super clean and tidy! And Sana is more than available and helpful.
