The apartment was perfect. Clean & comfortable and in a very good location

The only (very small) negative comment I can make was one of the electrical sockets next to the lamp at the balcony door was loose on the wall and could be a hazard for anyone visiting with young children. This should be repaired very quickly

I liked the location of the apartment and the person who rented the apartment

To be improved

With the apartment on that floor, a problem with the permanent resident downstairs. Smokes on the balcony from morning till night and hard to keep the balcony door open if you don't like the smell. Ilalla shouts television and at night music sometimes. GENERAL- I do not like the new tax on local residents in Las Palmas if they do not rent their own apartment for tourists. This needs to change.
