“Very dirty, tired and needs updating!”

The size of the apartment was ok. The pool was nice and close by (but sadly we weren’t given a key to access the pool area so hardly used the pool so make sure you check your keys to ensure you have a pool key).

To be improved

Unclean (the pillows were very badly stained) brown marks/splashes on walls and curtains, old, tired and in need of a major updating/deep cleaning. When we left the apartment, I took off the sheets and was absolutely disgusted when I saw the pillow inside that we had been sleeping on, very badly stained! It was just a few metres away from a very busy and loud bar and a very long and steep climb from the town centre (definitely wouldn’t recommend for anyone with difficulty walking… unless you want to rely on taxis everyday). We didn’t mind walking but the uncleanliness of the apartment was terrible. Plus we weren’t even given a key to the pool so we were unable to use the pool for first half of our stay. We have put in a complaint and are waiting for a response. We have also sent many photos to the company renting the apartment so hopefully for the next guests lots of these issues could be fixed.

The situation right next to the bar could be noisy at times - the complex is accessed by quite steep roads so no good for people with mobility issues

“Los Cristianos stay”

The best

The apartment was great, nice and clean, everything was functional and we had enough space for 2 people. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, beach very near, at walking distance. It is situated uphill , which I liked since I like to keep in shape. The communication with the property management ran smoothly, without any problems. I realy enjoyed my stay, would absolutely come back!

To be improved

The place is a bit loud, since the terrace opens straight into the pool area, but we weren't very bothered by it, since we didn't stay inside much and people outside were't staying out too late.
