“Location is very good, lot of amenities, bars, restaurants and excellent central area. · Cons: Informality of the host. Have to remove matress from the bed frame as it was extremely noisy at the slightest movement. Air conditioning was also very noisy therefore unable to use during the night. On arrival at the building on the first night we had to rely on neighbours to let us in to building as the host made no arrangements to get the keys to us. Only 2 toilets rolls and 1 bin bag left in the room for a 7 night stay when we ask the cleaner for more, he said that he was under instructions to not leave any more. Communication with the host was not very good, very slow to respond.”

“The location is perfect in Chueca area. The apartment is equiped with the basics for a few weeks. · Cons: I received the exact address and indications how to enter during the day of arrival. It is a bit expensive for the quality.”

“Location was great. Would appreciate better communication prior to check-in.”

Location great. Was on 4th floor with balcony. Had everything I needed included working washing machine. Supermarket nearby. Access by key or keypad which was useful.

To be improved

No check-in information about address/access provided before check in time. Waited over an hour past check in time for host/manager to respond to my multiple messages and phone calls via WhatsApp to give me apartment address. Apartment address on Booking.com was not the one I was allocated but I was happy with the one I got. Walls were thin so needed earplugs for noisy neighbours staying at same time. Needs a better mattress.

The location was excellent 👌🏿

To be improved

Extremely noisy after midnight until 7am from the bar underneath and the night club next door. The first night, I woke at 1.15 am and was still awake at 6.45 am. For the following 4 night's I took the mattress off the bed and moved it into the kitchen where the noise was not as bad. If you are young and can dance the night away in your apartment this is the place for you.
