That when a problem occurred no one answered until 2 hrs:30 later . And I had to resolve the problem myself. There was no power in the apartment after 10 pm for like 3 hrs. and I was not going to stay in the apartment with no electricity by myself. So I ended up going to a sleepover at a family's house. I did not slept at the apartment the first night. And another thing I didn't know that the water from the air condition was going in a gallon container on the floor until the water overflowed .

The apartment is not what we were expecting having into consideration the pictures that were disposed in the announcement. The air conditioning was inside of the room with a very precarious installation. The recipient that would catch the water was a little plastic bowl that we would have to empty every 4 hours. It means that we would wake up in the morning with the floor completely wet. The kitchen is super uncomfortable and there is no space to cook. Besides that, there were minimal tools and not even salt or a proper cleaning cloth. Absolutely precarious. Inside of the closet there were only four hangers. My feeling is that the owner want to have as much profit as he can without guaranteeing the minimal comfort to his guests. The tiny table was a companion by two ugly different uncomfortable chairs. We had to work and there was no space for two computers in the same table. I felt really bad about the money that I spent in this place.

Overuse pantry and dish

We were allocated a different very inferior "studio" on arrival and it was only becase I contacted them to double check that we actually found out about the change. Access to the studio was complicated as the front door was locked when we were asked to return, having arrived early. This was becase the concierge service didnt operate on that day after 1pm. We only managed to access the building because someone exiting let us in.. We managed to persuade the owners to transfer us to what we had booked by texting them a list of everything that was missing.. eg sofa bed, microwave, washing machine. We moved the following day, again experiencing problems with accessing the appartment block Communication with the owner was only possible by text and sometimes ignored. No.phonecalls were ever answered. This caused a great deal of anxiety and stress. We lost 5 hours resolving the problems. That said, our appartment no 2 , 15 Fuencarral was really good as was the location.
