We first didn't get the room in the description. Which stated a bed and a sleeping Sofa (missing). After asking a couple of Times during the second day, we Finally got another room but it was loud as hell, the AC and Window isolation was ancient and there was Constant construction work going on (construction Workers passing the Windows of the appartement in the 6. Floor). My mother and me had a Terrible experience here

SCAM LISTING – DISGUSTING, MISLEADING, AND UNINHABITABLE!! DONT BOOK IT! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. If you’re considering booking this apartment, DON’T. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the total disappointment. We arrived to find a completely different apartment than what was advertised. The photos were fake. A dirty, broken-down flat in a disgraceful condition. The toilet had human feces smeared on the side when we arrived. There was a bug in the bathroom. The place was full of dust and reeked of paint because there was ongoing construction nearby, which was never mentioned in the listing!! No balcony access! The toilet barely worked, and the rest of the flat was just as bad. We tried to contact the host immediately about these serious issues, and instead of helping, he BLOCKED us on WhatsApp and ignored us completely. Beyond unprofessional, it was downright cowardly! To understand what was going on, we even spoke to the building's receptionist and other residents, and guess what? They all confirmed the host is known to be a liar and a coward, and that this kind of behavior from him is not a surprise!! Every single thing he told us was a lie. The apartment, the conditions, the promises ,all fake. He made us feel completely scammed and abandoned. Even after reporting everything to Booking.com on the day of arrival, we’ve had no proper help or compensation. So not only was the host a scammer, but Booking has so far failed to protect its users from fraudulent listings like this. Avoid this place at all costs. Nothing but lies, filth, and stress.

Customer service very rude. They do not respond messages through booking. They send you a WhatsApp number and do not pick up calls. I had to sent several messages to get the details for the check in. When we arrived at the flat 10pm in the evening, we couldn't enter. They refused to pick up the phone and very rudely told me to read the messages. They forgot to send the second half of the instructions and I only got it at that time in the evening after several calls and messages. We were in contact for 3 days before the arrival date. Not even an apology, they just stop responding at all. On top, of all this, our flat key ALSO opened the flat number 5 meaning that they could also open ours most probably. Elevator was broken, the AC didn't work and there was an electrical problem that created a blackout in the building.

A lot. First, we were put in a smaller single room apartment instead of double room apartment that it’s in the pictures. So many stuff was not working there and manager/owner never responded my texts and he was always hanging up calls. There was no internet in the apartment. Toilet and showers were clogged plus the hair dryer was not working. There was only one bed made up for sleeping even if we booked for three of us in two beds.
