To be improved

The key(card) did not work. on several occasions, I was locked out of the apartment. On one occasion, several attempts were made to contact Alejandro, who was supposedly the contact for the apartment he was unavailable, I had to ask someone passing by in climbing through an open window.. When I ventured out I had to jam the door and take all my valuables with me( passport, cash,etc) There was a leak from the shower, not my fault and Alejandro treated me with discord and contempt. No personal was available today, departure, and my 200 euros deposit has not been returned. I would not recommend the apartments , the apartment itself is fine, and the location is fine, as it states on booking.com. However, the personnel (Alejandro), who was the service agent (meet and greet etc) was rude, threatening, and very unobtainable. Several attempts by myself, my partner ( back home in UK) and Carlos from the Madrid office could not reach Alejandro by telephone or text message.
