“great location, some AC · Cons: the staff needs to adopt a better, hands-off system of checking in clients. our train got canceled and because of this we had to reschedule our time to meet up with the person receiving us. it was hard to schedule, they were hard to work with, and very short with us instead of being flexible. all the person did was give us the keys to our room and tell us about the facilities. the keys could have been given from a lock box, and the information could have been in a booklet in the room. overall, not the most easy/flexible staff…”

“Could be better if the wall aircon was working”

The best

The host was kind and met me at the entrance to get the keys. No whatsapp, just texting thru booking.com. Important to notice that if you're arriving late, there's a late-arrival fee to get the keys. Location is pretty good too, although parking nearby was tricky, in case you have a car.

To be improved

The regular air conditioning at the wall was broken, so the host provided a portable small air conditioner that stays on the floor. This was not sufficient for the extreme heat of Spain in summer, so the apartment was very, very hot during June/July. Wifi wasn't good either. Other that everything was fine.

The best

Good location , opposite the cathedral and alcazar. Lots of food options nearby. Comfy bed and great to have a kitchenette. Lovely to be met to be shown the studio by Louise who went out of her way to meet us at short notice as our tour had finished early.

Excellent location close to restaurants/ cafes and shops. Lovely views out the window. Well equipped kitchenette, washing machine and a great size bathroom. Highly recommended - host welcoming and responsive

“Enjoyed Seville less so the accomodation.”

Its location was very good however the tram noise and a very noisy bathroom fan detracted from the stay
