Good location away from the main area but easily accessible. 5 mins walk to supermarket and beach/promenade. Spacious apartment and pleasant staff. Breakfast very good and value for money. Had no problem with sunbeds around the pool. Quiet and low key.

To be improved

Bed linen not changed for entire week. Cleaning staff attended every other day usually only to change towels and empty bins. Pool could be cleaner. The pool cafe was not always open during day (as advertised) and no reason given. Staff need to get on top of the balcony cleanliness. Bird droppings on the table, chairs and floor need to be dealt with daily. We found we had to try and do this ourselves without cleaning materials every day. We asked for assistance on the first day but that was the only day the balcony was cleaned.

The best

The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped, staff very helpful, polite and friendly, Breakfast was delicious, big portions, great options and most importantly produce sourced from local farmers which reflected in flavours. The apartments are situated perfectly as in a very quiet area but only a few minutes walk from the beaches, town centre, bus stops, local shops and many other attractions. Fantastic good size pool with perfect water temperature. I highly recommend it.

To be improved

Despite of the notes and signs posted by El guarapo lack of respect and consideration of other guests, leaving towels on the loungers for hours and preventing other people from using it.

“Perfect apartment”
The best

Lovely clean and modern apartment. The pool and close proximity to Playa Bastian and all the shops/restaurants was ideal but it was nice and quiet at night. Will return!

To be improved

We liked everything! We would have liked a cafetière in the apartment but it really wasn't a problem with the bar and cafe on site.
