Cave area needs refurbishing. Would like kettle Parking, but no option for owners to have private parking as central location.

Even with the heating on there was high humidity and dampness. It requires 2 more pillows and the bed is small with a mattress that is too soft.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable….like sleeping on concrete. There wasn’t a comfortable place to sit in the room, we opened the futon sofa to try and sleep there, but it was just as uncomfortable AND there was NO EXTRA BEDDING. We had only 1/3 of a roll of toilette paper ! Very loud barking dogs all night ! AND to access the apartment you had to walk up a long EXTREMELY steep hill, go in the back street entrance, and go down a flight of steps….not explained in the description.

None of the following criticisms spoiled our visit, and we would stay again. We only mention these small matters, to encourage the hosts to maintain high standards all of the time. Towels had been laundered and folded neatly, but they were still damp when we arrived. We couldn’t get the heating to function adequately. The shower room had no ventilation and no extractor fan, so parts of the apartment became damp with condensation (exacerbated by the heating not being adequate). Supplies of shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper had not been topped-up, so there was almost none. There were no extra blankets - fortunately, we didn’t need any on this occasion.
