“Family comfort”

The apartment was very spacious, and the walls decor was absolutely brilliant, starting with the hallway (the How to Train Your Dragon images immediately made my kids feel more positive about staying away from home) and then in the bedroom, all around the bunk beds. The air conditioning was great, the bathroom was super clean, and we had lots of towels, which is highly appreciated by girls with long hair who need one towel just to dry it off.

To be improved

Although it was in the list of commodities, there was no kettle to make coffee or tea. I used hot water from the tap and bought solluble packets, but it really isn't the same. It would also be nice to have a full-body mirror somewhere.

Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and small jacuzzi (in the bedroom), besides a shower. The apartment was in a calm street, although hard to park. Several parking spaces on a couple or streets below. Friendly cleaning staff.

To be improved

The AC worked well in the first night but on the following we could only have it with the fan mode. The kitchen could use some more silverware, it had 4 forks and 2 of them were desert type. Administrative staff and tasks need improvement. Had trouble in contacting in advance to clarify questions. Also, bought tickets to Warner Park at the check in but they didn't provide the tickets in paper or email. Only found at the park entrance where we had to spend more than 30 minutes on the phone with the hotel to get the tickets sent by email.

In the bedroom there was dampness and mould on the ceiling and walls which had been there for some time , when we spoke to the staff about it they said they knew about it and it had just recently happened . We are still waiting for the manager to contact us .

“Great 1 night stay - 2 adults and 4 kids”

The apartment was nice and big enough for the 6 of us. Staff was great, very helpful and they even arranged food to be delivered to the apartment at 11pm. Breakfast as well at the Volante Restaurant was great with staff again being great.

To be improved

The smell when we arrived was a bit off as the cleaners left the wet mop with dirty water in the apartment and with 35 degrees or more all day in a closed apartment the smell was very noticeable. A couple of bulbs did not work and there was a dining chair with a few screws lose.

This is a great place to stay for the price, if you need space for a large family. It meets expectations and is good enough for a comfortable few nights stay.

To be improved

Nothing bad to mention, as I said before this property is really good for the low price.
