The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pool was also very nice and my kids enjoyed using it. The location of the apartment is in a convenient location. You can walk pretty much everywhere in town with ease.

To be improved

The biggest issue with this rental was their strict cleaning policy. They expect guests to check out by 10 am, but they have to wash all the bed linens, towels and dishes themselves. They take a deposit of 250 euros in cash during check in and return it to you after an inspection of the property. My issue with this is that there is no dryer so you have to strip the beds and wash everything at the crack of dawn and then hang it outside on the terrace to dry (hopefully it's not a rainy day). The contract says that the linens and towels need to be folded and put back on the beds and that you will be charged for any cleaning over an hour. I have no problem cleaning up after myself and I'm very respectful of other people's property, but that was a little off putting and impractical to ask people who are traveling and on schedules to do the housekeeping (it was not exactly a cheap stay). I understand wanting to cut costs, but those savings were not passed on to me.

location was extremely good we could walk to the beach and around the town and marina very easily all within a short distance

To be improved

the beds were very uncomfortable it did not help that the sheets were not cotton and there was paper/plastic mattress covers
